This SQL will say who’s blocking who.
If you are looking for a deadlock, then obviously, you’ll need to find wher a is blocking b and another row where b is blocking a.

|| ‘ (SID=’ || s1.sid || ‘) is blocking ‘
||s2.username||’@'||s2.machine||’ (SID=’||s2.sid||’)’ AS blocking_status
